Photo-etched silver and gold bracelet

This is a photo-etched silver and gold bracelet which matches other items, such as cuff-links, earrings and pendants. More details can be found on my website: http://www.sarahevansjeweller.com/

The bracelet uses a simple linking system: gold wires are melted into a tiny beads to secure each photo-etched panel.

I melt the metal using a very hot oxygen and propane flame on an adapted torch which has a tiny platinum tube about 2mm in diameter. Using this torch I can control where the flame goes with great accuracy, which allows me to create very delicate pieces or carry out tricky repairs.
